Why does this role exist?
The company is expanding its e-commerce capabilities and needs a hands-on Shopify expert to build, update, and maintain site pages with speed and accuracy. This role exists to translate business requirements into polished, mobile-responsive pages and functional forms that align with brand standards. The hire will free up leadership bandwidth by owning day-to-day website updates and quality assurance while collaborating closely with the Digital Operations Manager.
The Impact you’ll make
Shopify Page Creation and Management
- Build new pages and product pages from scratch using Shopify’s theme editor, sections, and content tools.
- Edit existing pages, update copy and media, and ensure proper formatting and consistency.
- Ensure all pages are mobile-responsive and visually aligned with brand standards.
Form Creation and Integration (Klaviyo)
- Create and update website forms (contact, event registration, pop-ups/campaign forms) using Klaviyo.
- Connect, test, and troubleshoot form integrations with Shopify to ensure proper data capture.
- Monitor form functionality and fix any issues impacting user experience.
Site Quality Assurance and Content Accuracy
- Perform pre-publish reviews to ensure links, forms, and product details are accurate.
- Maintain a clean structure and consistent formatting across pages.
- Proactively identify and resolve broken links, layout issues, and incorrect information.
Execution, Communication, and Ownership
- Follow direction from the Digital Operations Manager and execute updates efficiently.
- Provide timely progress updates and raise clarifying questions when requirements are unclear.
- Manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Tooling and Process Stewardship
- Leverage Shopify as the primary platform for all site work.
- Use Klaviyo for form creation and optimization where applicable.
- Familiarity with Odoo as a plus for smoother cross-team operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Proven, hands-on expertise building and editing Shopify pages (beyond product uploads), including mobile-responsive layouts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage website updates end-to-end with strong attention to detail and QA.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to clearly articulate experience and walk through prior work in interviews.
- Experience creating and integrating website forms; Klaviyo experience preferred but not required if Shopify expertise is strong.
- Ability to work independently, follow direction, and manage multiple requests within deadlines.

- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

- Technical: Shopify site/page building, theme editor/sections, media and content management, responsive design fundamentals, basic troubleshooting; Klaviyo forms (nice to have); familiarity with Odoo (plus).
- Process and QA: Meticulous attention to detail, structured testing, and pre-publish reviews.
- Communication: Proactive updates, clear clarifying questions, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ownership: Bias for action, reliability, and pride in clean, on-brand execution.

Compensation:
