Primary Duties & Responsibilities
S&OP Leadership
- Lead the monthly Industrial Segment S&OP process including Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, Demand-Supply Reconciliation, and Executive S&OP.
- Establish a single, consensus operating plan aligning revenue, demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer commitments.
- Drive executive-level decision making regarding supply-demand tradeoffs, allocation priorities, capacity investments, and inventory strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and ensure actions are completed on time.
Demand & Business Planning
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Unit leaders to develop robust demand forecasts and business assumptions.
- Evaluate market trends, customer demand signals, new product introductions, end-of-life transitions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis.
Supply & Capacity Planning
- Collaborate with manufacturing sites, supply chain teams, procurement, and operations leaders to develop feasible supply plans.
- Analyze material availability, production capacity, labor constraints, supplier risks, and operational bottlenecks.
- Develop scenarios and recommendations to mitigate risk and maximize revenue attainment.
Inventory & Working Capital Management
- Establish inventory targets and monitor performance across raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
- Balance customer service, inventory investment, and operational efficiency objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory turns, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and optimize working capital.
Executive Reporting & Analytics
- Develop executive-level dashboards, KPI reviews, and management reports.
- Present planning assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive transparency regarding demand, supply, backlog, inventory, revenue risk, and capacity utilization.
Process Excellence & Transformation
- Champion adoption of standardized S&OP processes, tools, and best practices across the Industrial Segment.
- Support planning system improvements including Oracle Supply Chain Planning and related analytics platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase planning accuracy, visibility, agility, and scalability.
- Partner with central IDSC&BP teams to align Industrial Segment planning with enterprise planning strategies and governance.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in S&OP, supply chain management, demand planning, supply planning, operations, manufacturing, or business planning.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business processes involving sales, operations, product management, finance, and procurement.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems (Oracle preferred).
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics skills.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
