About the Role: 

We are seeking a Site Experience Coordinator to drive the operational excellence of our Site Experience team- a high-impact, cross-functional group of designers, developers, and analysts. In this role, you will be the primary project manager responsible for translating strategy into execution, ensuring every site initiative is delivered on time and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a preferred background in DTC beauty or CPG and hands-on Shopify experience. You will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from resource allocation to final delivery, with a heavy focus on achieving measurable growth through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Duties and Responsibilities

    Project Management & Roadmap Facilitation

    • Maintain the site experience roadmap by prioritizing features, fixes, and enhancements based on business impact.

    • Facilitate daily cross-functional meetings, standups, and status updates to keep the team aligned.

    • Write basic product requirements and work closely with front-end developers and IT/engineering to ship improvements.

    • Work closely with designers and content creators to produce content that drives conversions on the website

    • On-Site Merchandising & Shopify Coordination

      • Assist with on-site merchandising, including product placement, collection organization, and promotional execution within Shopify.

      • Follow the marketing calendar to ensure timely readiness and thorough testing of the site for all product launches and events.

      • Support marketing with efforts around product bundles, cross-sell recommendations, and "frequently bought together" features.

      • Content & Creative Asset Management

        • Ensure the Product Detail Page (PDP) experience is maintained with rich content, social proof, and clear value propositions.

        • Partner with the Retention and acquisitions teams to support the building of email/SMS landing pages.

        • Site Health & Performance Support

          • Support the A/B testing roadmap by coordinating the assets and hypotheses needed for measurable outcomes.

          • Monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, and the mobile experience to identify friction points.

          • Assist in reporting weekly and monthly performance metrics (CVR, AOV) to leadership.

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in project management (experience within IT site teams is preferred).

    • Ability to partner across teams including but not limited to creative, customer acquisition, retention, and operations.

    • Prior experience in the Beauty space or with a DTC consumer brand is highly preferred.

    • Hands-on experience with Shopify and managing the customer journey from landing page to checkout.

    • Proven first hand experience within Figma. 

    • Understanding of site performance data, including GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings.
