Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Quality, Food Safety, and Product Safety programs at the Carrollton manufacturing site
  • Lead Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), analytical laboratory, and sensory laboratory operations to ensure consistent product quality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and certification requirements across all site activities
  • Oversee daily QC workflows, prioritize activities, maintain procedures, and align quality practices with other manufacturing sites
  • Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse, and cross‑functional teams to support business continuity and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and support internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of non‑conformances
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality key performance indicators (KPIs) for raw materials, finished goods, and laboratory performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation support, and quality risk‑reduction efforts across the site
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
  • 10+ years of experience in quality, regulatory, or food safety roles within a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of proven leadership success
  • Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), food safety systems, and quality management systems
  • Demonstrated expertise with Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards (e.g., BRC, NSF, FSSC 22000, AIB), ISO 9001, and ISO 17025
  • Experience leading factory‑based quality organizations, including laboratory operations
  • Proficiency with analytical laboratory instrumentation and sensory evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
