Compensation includes a base salary of $95,900.00 - $143,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

- Automation & CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and streamline deployment processes.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure reproducibly.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across systems and networks.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to align reliability goals with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.

- Cloud Experience (AWS or Azure or GCP)
