We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Small Market to help Foley grow by connecting small businesses with solutions that keep them compliant, protected, and moving forward. This is a high-volume, full-cycle sales role where success comes from disciplined execution, strong discovery skills, and the grit to consistently build and close pipeline in a fast sales cycle environment.

In this role, you’ll own the sales process end to end, from outbound prospecting through close, while delivering a consultative experience that helps customers understand their regulatory needs and how Foley’s SaaS solutions can support them.

What you’ll do:

Pipeline & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively build pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach across phone, email, and SMS.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through close, for new entrant customers.

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Discovery & Solutioning

  • Engage business owners and decision-makers with confidence, uncovering their regulatory and compliance needs.

  • Deliver a consultative sales approach, tailoring Foley’s solutions to each customer’s specific situation.

  • Clearly articulate the value of Foley’s products and services, positioning them as long-term partners, not just vendors.

Execution & Sales Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure strong pipeline visibility and forecasting.

  • Balance speed and quality, managing a high volume of opportunities without sacrificing customer experience.

  • Actively participate in coaching, training, and feedback to continuously improve performance.

Product & Industry Expertise

  • Stay current on Foley’s products, industry regulations, and compliance trends affecting small businesses.

  • Translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, compelling conversations for customers.

Who you are:
  • You thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment and are energized by talking to customers daily.

  • You bring early-career sales experience or comparable high-volume customer-facing experience (inside sales, SDR, call center, or similar fast sales cycles).

  • You’re comfortable spending several hours a day on the phone and managing a large volume of outreach and follow-ups.

  • You approach selling with curiosity and resilience, you learn from rejection, adapt quickly, and keep going.

  • You’re coachable, accountable, and motivated by clear goals and measurable outcomes.

  • You have experience using modern sales tools and CRMs (or can quickly learn them).

  • You communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and take pride in running a professional sales process.

You don’t need to check every box to apply. If this role excites you and you believe you can succeed in a high-volume, goal-driven sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

Location: This role is primarily remote (US based), with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.

This role may be based remotely out of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin
