Full-time | Hybrid (Bay Area)

What you will work on:

  • Own and grow Fastino's presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit, building a content engine that reaches millions of AI developers and practitioners.,

  • Create technically credible, engaging content (posts, videos, threads, community discussions) tailored to our audience and optimized for each platform.,

  • Lead and grow our community by actively engaging across platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.), answering technical questions, moderating discussions, surfacing feature requests, and identifying power users and early champions.,

  • Define our brand voice and translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives that strengthen Fastino's positioning.,

  • Track performance metrics and community sentiment, continuously refining strategy and surfacing insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams.,

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience creating video and social content, ideally in tech or AI.,

  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).,

  • Experience producing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).,

  • Ability to translate technical material into clear, engaging narratives.,

  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning, or agent workflows.,

  • Strong writing skills for social posts, captions, and hooks.,

  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams.,

  • Self-starter who can experiment quickly and iterate based on performance data.,

  • Nice to have:,

  • Experience working with developer audiences.,

  • Comfortable navigating technical demos and notebooks, with a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, SLMs, fine-tuning, inference),

  • Experience running or contributing to UGC or creator programs.,
