With all this opportunity and growth, we need exceptional individuals to join our team and enable our vision.
Our Core Values

· No Big Egos – Self-confidence with humility.
· Honesty – Direct, forthright communication.
· Wicked Smart – Intellectually and emotionally self-aware.

About the Role:
Austin Capital Bank is looking for a Social Media and Content Specialist who is creative, curious about customers and interested in what the data has to say.
You’ll spend time understanding our customers, what they want, what frustrates them, what motivates them and how they talk about their financial lives. You’ll use those insights to create compelling content across our products and solutions, then dig into the results to understand what worked, what didn’t and what we should try next.
This is a hands on role with plenty of room to experiment. We want someone who cares about the impact of their work, not just how much content they produce.
What You’ll Do:
  • Learn about our customers through conversations, reviews, customer support interactions, social comments, surveys and other sources of customer feedback.
  • Use what you learn to develop creative ideas, hooks and content that speak to real customer needs and motivations.
  • Create social content from initial idea through production and publication, with a particular focus on short form video.
  • Develop and test creative across channels including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
  • Dig into performance data to identify what’s working, what isn’t and why, then use those learnings to make the next round of creative better.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to use customer insights and performance learnings to develop new creative ideas, tests and opportunities to improve our products and customer experience.
  • Keep a close eye on competitors, social trends and customer conversations to find new ideas and opportunities.
  • Share what you’re learning with the broader team so we get smarter about our customers and what drives them to act.

Who You Are:
  • You have 2 to 4 years of experience creating social content, ideally for a consumer brand.
  • You’re naturally curious. You want to understand why customers behave the way they do and why some ideas work better than others.
  • You have strong creative instincts and are comfortable developing your own content.
  • You understand short form video and what makes people stop, watch and act.
  • You’re comfortable looking at performance data, spotting patterns and using what you learn to improve your work.
  • You like experimenting with different hooks, messages, formats and ideas rather than doing the same thing over and over.
  • You’re hands on, move quickly and take ownership of your work.
  • You care about results and want to be measured on the impact your work has, not simply how much content you produce.

Bonus Points: A passion for personal finance and helping others achieve their financial goals!
Why Join Us?
  • Impactful Work: Contribute to meaningful initiatives that directly enhance our customers' financial well-being.
  • Growth & Mentorship: Learn from experienced marketers and entrepreneurs in a supportive environment.
  • Vibrant Culture: Be part of a company that champions ownership, clear communication, and high-quality craftsmanship.
