Social Media Associate - Instagram

Overview:
Two Barrels is looking to hire a Social Media Associate - Instagram. This is a full time, 40 hour/week M-F position with company benefits. This is a remote, onsite, or hybrid position. Our main office is in Spokane WA, and we have satellite offices in Austin TX and Salt Lake City UT.
Do you do it for the gram? Why do you do it for the gram? I am sure there is a lot more technical stuff around what makes it work on Instagram, but maybe the ordinary way isn't the only way, or even the right way? Something to chew on. As a Social Media Associate you'll partner with many talented individuals that can manage a high volume of work, and with that comes opportunities to dodge, duck, dip, dive, and.... dodge around the "normal" ways of doing things. One thing we can promise is a heck of a ride.

Responsibilities:

• Own Instagram communication with the people for our brands
• Work with our awesome marketing team to outsmart the naysayers and uninformed to provide a clear path for those who need the right information
• Stay up to date on current Instagram trends
• Understand our clients journey, use that information to help them through it
• Stay on top of reels, stories, posts, live videos, comments, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or just related equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in social media/marketing position
• Use Instagram insights to identify trends within your followers and industry
