Puulse Marketing | Remote | Full-Time

Puulse Marketing is a performance-based sales and marketing company that builds and runs sales teams for brands like Bell Canada. We're growing our internal creative function and looking for someone to own how Puulse shows up online and how we communicate with our own teams.

Please read before applying: this is an English-language role. Every post, newsletter, and internal message you create will be in English, and part of the job is proofreading other people's writing. You need C2-level (native or near-native) written and spoken English. Applications, resumes, and portfolios not submitted in English will not be considered.

This role is a mix of social media, design, and internal communications. One day you might be building a top-performer graphic for our teams in Ontario, the next you're putting together a recruiting post for Instagram or a newsletter going out across offices. If you like variety and want your work seen by hundreds of people, this is a good fit.

What you'll do

  • Create social media posts for our recruiting and culture channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and more)
  • Design internal communications: employee shoutouts, leaderboards, incentive announcements, newsletters
  • Build recruiting and employer-brand content that features real employees and real stories
  • Support marketing materials across print and digital as needed
  • Keep our visual style consistent across everything you touch
  • Proofread and polish copy so it reads clean and sounds like us

The details

  • Full-time, independent contractor
  • Core hours 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to finish earlier some days once your work is done
  • $1000 USD per month
  • Fully remote
  • Either party may end the agreement with one month's written notice

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong design skills and a strong portfolio
  • Comfort creating for social media, not just print
  • Good writing instincts and an eye for detail
  • Someone reliable who communicates well and works independently
  • Bonus: photo retouching and basic video editing

Language requirement

This is an English-first role and near-native English is essential. You'll be writing and proofreading social posts, newsletters, and internal communications every day, so C2-level written and spoken English is a hard requirement. Please submit your application, resume, and portfolio in English.

Benefits

Why you'll like working here

  • Fully remote — work from wherever you are
  • Flexible hours: finish earlier some days once your work is done
  • Variety — social, design, communications, and content all in one role
  • Your work seen by hundreds of people across a growing company
  • A creative function you get to help build and shape as we grow
