The Company

  • Zepho is building the world's first true AI coach for endurance athletes. Every product in this space generates a training plan and calls it coaching. We're different; Zepho is an AI agent that connects to your wearables, learns how your body responds to training, and adapts your coaching every day. It's the coach that 200 million smartwatch-wearing athletes don't have yet.

  • We just launched on the App Store, we're raising from US and UK investors, and we're growing fast. The team is small, the ambition is huge, and the opportunity to shape how a brand like this shows up in the world doesn't come along often. We're offering a paid internship that we hope will quickly translate into a full time job.

The Role

  • Build Zepho’s social presence: Work with CMO to launch and run our Instagram, LinkedIn and Reddit from zero to active. Set up profiles, manage a content calendar, post regularly and engage directly with the endurance community.

  • Create high-quality content: Work with CMO to produce short-form video, carousels and posts that resonate with runners, cyclists and endurance athletes. Comfortable filming, editing and writing clear captions.

  • Manage influencer relationships: Coordinate day-to-day with micro-influencers, podcasts and partners. Track promo codes, links and content deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

  • Measure and improve performance: Track engagement and growth metrics, report weekly on what’s working and help refine content and distribution.

  • Progression opportunity: Opportunity to convert to a full-time role as Zepho grows.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate.

  • Active endurance athlete (running, cycling, triathlon, HYROX or similar).

  • Strong understanding of endurance sport culture and online communities.

  • Comfortable creating and editing social content on a phone.
