About Ema

Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs.

We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale.

What You'll Own
As our Social Media & Founder Brand Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of content, brand, and experimentation. You'll shape how the world sees Ema and its founders — building a distinctive, high-reach presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and beyond, in the fastest-moving category in tech: agentic AI.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Scale Ema's LinkedIn from 130K → 200K+ with bold, creative storytelling and a strong lens on ICP

  • Maintain a consistent 4-week rolling calendar across social media, blogs, and newsletter channels — while staying nimble enough for moment marketing: hopping on relevant tech trends and conversations in real time, especially for the founders

  • Create compelling video content for both Ema and the founders — from short-form clips and talking-head videos to event and product moments — built natively for each platform

  • Work with design to repurpose existing content — whitepapers, blogs, interviews, videos — into carousels, short videos, threads, and newsletters to achieve consistency + repetition as a brand

  • Continuously experiment with and improve existing channels, and identify the right new distribution channels and formats to scale Ema's social presence (YouTube, X, Instagram, and more)

  • Track performance rigorously and run smart, creative experiments — you're obsessed with the numbers behind every post

Founder Brand Building

  • Build and grow the founders' personal brands on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube — positioning them as leading voices in enterprise AI

  • Develop a distinct voice and content strategy for each founder: ghostwrite posts, threads, and long-form content that sounds authentically like them

  • Turn founder moments — podcasts, keynotes, customer conversations, product launches — into a steady drumbeat of high-performing content and video clips

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, creators, analysts, and operators worth engaging with — and get the founders into the right conversations at the right time

  • Grow founder reach and engagement measurably, quarter over quarter

Trends & Category Awareness

  • Stay obsessively up to date with trends relevant to the agentic AI world and the enterprise market in the US and UK — and translate them into timely, relevant content

  • Monitor what's working across AI/tech social — formats, memes, narratives, conversations — and move fast to capitalize on them

  • Drive consistent messaging across website, socials, blogs, and newsletters

  • Continuously measure and track key success metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, pipeline influence, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • Ideal: 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B tech social media, founder/executive brand, or marketing roles

  • Past experience in AI strongly preferred

  • Experience ghostwriting for or managing the social presence of founders or executives is a big plus

  • A background in tech journalism is a plus — you know how to find the story, write with authority, and move at the speed of news

You'd be a strong fit if you:

  • Have sharp writing/editing skills across formats and subject matter (business/tech writing), and can capture someone else's voice convincingly

  • Know how to turn a blog, podcast, or video into multiple high-performing social assets

  • Are comfortable across the video content workflow — scripting, directing simple shoots, and working with editors to ship platform-native video fast

  • Think in social media — super on top of current trends, deeply aware of what's happening in AI/tech, fluent across formats like carousels, threads, short videos, and event clips

  • Know what makes execs and operators in US/UK enterprises tick — and how to get them to engage

  • Are plugged into agentic AI and enterprise tech conversations, and know the influencers and voices that matter

  • Work fast, independently, and thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment

  • Are obsessed with good content and good numbers — creativity backed by data

  • Have a portfolio (even if scrappy!) that shows your range and creativity

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
