  • Identify, source, and collaborate with influencers in the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Oversee influencer campaign execution, from outreach and negotiation to content briefing, approval, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain authentic relationships with influencer partners aligned with Nagish’s values and mission.
  • Stay informed about developments in influencer marketing, accessibility, and assistive tech.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, community management, or advocacy, preferably in the accessibility, tech, or telecom sectors.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow online communities and advocacy networks.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills tailored to social media platforms.
  • Passion for inclusivity, accessibility, and empowering marginalized communities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, calendars, and partners.
