About the RoleWe’re looking for a Content & Social Media Associate to help strengthen Fitzroy’s presence across digital channels.
You’ll support content planning, social media publishing, visual storytelling, and the promotion of Fitzroy’s consulting work, research, and software products.
What You’ll DoCreate and schedule content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
Turn technical ideas into clear, engaging posts
Support the development of short-form video and visual content
Help maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
Research industry topics and content opportunities
Track engagement and identify what performs well
Work closely with leadership on content priorities
Strong writing and communication skills
Good visual judgment and attention to detail
Interest in technology, business, and digital media
Comfortable working independently
Reliable, organized, and open to feedback
Able to simplify complex ideas
Experience managing social media accounts
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing software
Experience creating short-form video
Interest in enterprise technology or consulting
Previous content, marketing, or communications experience
Work directly with company leadership
Build a portfolio of professional content
Gain practical experience across consulting and software
Contribute to the public voice of a growing technology company
