The Work You'll Do:

As a Social Media Coordinator at Sovos, you'll lead the day-to-day management and execution of our social media presence across multiple platforms. Working closely with the content marketing team, you'll help develop and implement strategic social media initiatives that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support our business objectives. This role offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact at a dynamic, global technology company while growing your expertise in digital marketing.

More specifically, you will:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visual content and templates that align with Sovos' brand guidelines
  • Support the content marketing team in creating and editing various materials, including blog posts, eBooks, email campaigns, and press releases
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, recommending new strategies and tactics
  • Assist with social media aspects of product launches, events, and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work with the in-house public relations team to coordinate social amplification of company news and announcements
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our social media strategy and content calendar
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation, optimize scheduling, and drive engagement across platforms

What We Need From You

  • 1-2 years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization
  • Demonstrated success growing social media audiences and driving engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for business use
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms
  • Proven ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to distill complex, technical topics into accessible, engaging content
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field preferred
  • Comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity, content ideation, and performance optimization
  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a plus
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire

We expect that this role will pay a base salary that ranges between $50,000 and $60,000 annually and be eligible for our Corporate Bonus Program. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.  While we are committed to giving an overview of compensation, salary is just one component of our comprehensive Total Rewards package.  We offer a host of additional benefits, which can include
