The Role


We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team at BTC Inc. You’ll collaborate with multiple aspects of marketing but focus driving social media strategy and content planning across assigned channels for our Events product, The Bitcoin Conference. You will assist in the development and execution of campaign calendars, work with design on asset creation, and deliver organized handoffs to clients for posting and engagement. You’ll also own reporting and performance insights to continually optimize approach and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives.


The Work


  • Develop and manage content strategy and social media calendars across assigned channels.
  • Partner with design to brief, coordinate, and finalize creative assets on an ongoing cadence.
  • Package and deliver asset handoffs to clients for posting and engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics, compile reports, and share insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on platform trends and industry shifts to evolve strategy and recommendations.


Your Experience 


  • 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Enthusiasm for and general knowledge of Bitcoin to contribute to a mission-driven company.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards and social media trends.
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite and/or HubSpot is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across design and marketing functions.
  • Based in the United States or the Central European Time zone.
