Your opportunity:

Lead Grifin's content strategy and creation to grow awareness and app conversion through Grifin's social media presence, focusing on TikTok and Instagram. This is a fractional (part-time) role @ 25 hours/week.

Who you are:

  • You have 1+ years of experience managing, growing, and creating content for app-specific brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram
    • Bonus if you’ve managed YouTube and Facebook
  • You are addicted to creating and testing new content on a daily basis to learn what drives the most people to download Grifin
  • You have a proven track record of crafting several pieces of viral content (1M+ views)
  • You have high energy, are self-motivated, and eager to learn what our customers need
  • You love tracking performance data and can manage tests to learn quickly
  • You are not precious with failing and understand that it will take bullish testing to learn what works and what doesn’t to drive app growth
  • You would rather take 100 videos or photos to test than try to post the perfect one
  • You feel personally energized by Grifin’s values of accessibility, community, and investing in your future self without making it complicated
  • You know how to create compelling hooks and have a strong pulse on the latest converting trends and formats
  • You want the whole world to know about Grifin
  • You love engaging with people online through comments and DMs

What you’ll do:

  • Brand account management: Lead the day-to-day content creation, posting, and community engagement of Grifin’s TikTok and Instagram, with support on strategy from Marketing Team
  • Viral content creation: Spearhead content research, ideation, scripting (as needed), creation, and posting that engages with our existing 200k+ total followers and beyond
  • Growth: Show meaningful growth in your content engagement including conversion in comments sections, views, and non-follower reach
  • Goal-setting: To measure the success and impact of your work, you’ll produce organic video and static content focused on increasing non-follower reach with compelling content that drives app growth
  • Community engagement: Monitor & respond to comments and DMs to build brand trust, interest, and app conversion (downloads)
  • Analytics: Define KPIs with Marketing Team to track organic performance across all channels, own weekly socials reporting, content effectiveness, and leveraging data to inform ongoing optimization of hook, content, tone, timing, and format
  • Brainstorming: Keep a strong pulse on the internet, acting on relevant social trends, and maintaining fresh knowledge on general finance industry conversations, and algorithm or channel updates

Compensation:

  • Part-time hourly work @ 25 hours/week
  • Pay range: $31-$39 depending on experience level
