About aion

Aion is the enterprise AI platform, a full-stack solution for building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI at scale. Whether an organization is modernising internal operations, launching AI-powered products, or transforming customer experiences, Aion takes them from concept to production on a single, unified platform.

We work differently than most AI companies: our teams deploy alongside our customers, turning production-ready AI into real business outcomes in weeks, not quarters.

We’re a fast-growing, VC-backed startup led by founders with a track record of successful exits. With teams across the US, UK, and India, we’re building the next generation of enterprise AI and we’re looking for exceptional people to help us scale.

Who You Are

We're looking for an AI-native content operator to lead aion's social media presence, thought leadership, and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.

This is not a traditional social media role. You'll work directly with company leadership to identify important developments across AI, enterprise technology, startups, and venture capital, then turn those insights into content, commentary, and narratives that grow aion's brand and influence.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage aion's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and maintain the company content calendar.
  • Monitor AI news, research, product launches, funding announcements, and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for aion and leadership to participate in relevant conversations.
  • Draft posts, threads, commentary, and thought leadership content for executives and company accounts.
  • Work closely with design to create social graphics, carousels, videos, and visual content.
  • Support conference, event, and speaking engagement promotion.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy.
  • Build systems and workflows that allow aion to respond quickly to important developments in the AI ecosystem.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • A scrappy, builder-oriented mindset with a willingness to experiment, move quickly, and challenge traditional marketing play books.
  • Strong understanding of AI, venture capital, startups, technology, and enterprise software.
  • Ability to quickly understand company positioning, competitive dynamics, and industry narratives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, monitoring, research, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong instincts for what makes content relevant, engaging, and shareable.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, X, and executive social media accounts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working directly with founders, executives, investors, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong network and connectivity within the AI, venture capital, and startup ecosystem.
  • Existing presence and credibility across AI, technology, and innovation communities.
  • Relationships across modern media, podcasts, newsletters, creators, and industry influencers.
  • Deep understanding of what drives engagement, audience growth, and attention online.
  • Experience supporting executive communications, thought leadership, podcasts, media appearances, newsletters, and personal brand development.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into timely, relevant content opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of AI, startups, venture capital, and the broader technology landscape.

BenefitsWhy Join aion?
  • Work directly with high-pedigree founders shaping technical and product strategy.
  • Build infrastructure powering the future of AI compute globally.
  • Significant ownership and impact with equity reflective of your contributions.
  • Competitive compensation, flexible work options, and wellness benefits
