The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to grow audience, generate leads, and manage digital marketing activities across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating content, managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and supporting sales efforts with high-quality leads.

What You’ll Do
Social Media & Marketing Strategy
- Build and manage social media and digital marketing strategies
- Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance
- Create marketing assets that boost engagement and drive growth
- Manage budgets smartly to maximize ROI
Social Media Management & Growth
- Own and grow our presence on:
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
- Twitter/X, LinkedIn
- Google My Business and platforms like Groupon
- Create fun, engaging content and connect with our audience
- Keep our brand voice consistent, energetic, and on-brand
- Stay on top of trends, tools, and platform updates
Paid Ads & Lead Generation (Must-Have)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads
- Generate leads through social media
Minimum requirement:
- 5 qualified leads per month from social media. (If this isn’t realistic for you, this role won’t be a fit!)
- Support the sales team with consistent, high-quality leads
- Experience with bulk SMS campaigns is a plus
Additional Marketing
- Run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp preferred)
- Support other marketing initiatives as needed
Tools & Skills
- Canva, Photoshop, CapCut
- Social media scheduling, analytics, and content tools
- Strong English writing and copywriting skills
- Comfortable reading data and tracking performance
Experience
- 3 to 5 years as a Social Media Manager
- Proven paid advertising experience with tight budgets (required)
- Comfortable working independently and owning results
- Marketing or management degree preferred, or equivalent experience
