About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer based in Jamaica to join our team at SkillHat. This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, takes initiative, and is passionate about growing a brand’s online presence from anywhere.

You will be responsible for driving organic lead generation, creating engaging content, and continuously optimising our strategies based on data and feedback.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
  • Create and manage content that drives engagement and generates at least 400 organic leads per month.
  • Design and promote lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, guides) and collaborate with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to optimise lead follow-up.
  • Analyse data and feedback to refine social media campaigns and improve performance.
  • Use tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Social to manage and track interactions; recommend new tools that enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of driving organic growth.

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and platform best practices.

  • Ability to create engaging content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts.

  • Familiarity with CRM and social media management tools, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Social (or willingness to learn quickly).
