Engage prospects via social media, answer queries about classes and pricing, recommend courses, build and maintain relationships, update and follow up using the organization's CRM/student database, and work flexible shifts including late-night/early-morning to support international customers.
This is a remote position.
- Understand queries from prospects, engage them and understand their needs
- Research, build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Provide answers to queries about classes, their availability, pricing of classes, recommend the right courses, community activities, etc based on their needs.
- Engage, followup, converse over social media platforms with prospects.
- Keep an updated student database via using a software tool that is used in the organization and follow up with participants using the same tool.
- Open to work in late night or early morning shift to support international customers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to think independently and innovatively
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Good command in English
- Knowledge of Google Suite and any CRM software (Ex: Zoho CRM)
- Ability to negotiate and understand prospects needs, engagement, and sales skills
- Passionate about helping customers and building long term relationships
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to learn any new software tool that is adopted by the organization to accomplish tasks and communicate with others
