  • Job Description:
    As a Social Media Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and responding to customer queries on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. Your role will involve providing customer support while representing the company’s voice and brand.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Monitor social media accounts for customer inquiries and feedback.
    • Respond to questions, comments, and complaints on social platforms promptly.
    • Maintain a professional tone while engaging with customers online.
    • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions via social media.
    • Work closely with the marketing and PR team to maintain brand consistency.
    • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant departments.
    • Track and report social media interactions and feedback.
