This person will manage the entire UGC and influencer process from A to Z—from finding and recruiting creators to negotiating deliverables, developing content ideas, coordinating production, reviewing submissions, and tracking performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop strong strategies and personally manage the daily execution. This is not a remote, freelance, or agency position.

Key Responsibilities

UGC and Influencer Marketing

  • Find, recruit, and build relationships with UGC creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners.
  • Manage the complete creator process, including outreach, screening, negotiations, contracts, onboarding, content briefs, deadlines, approvals, payments, and ongoing communication.
  • Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, engagement, pricing, and previous performance.
  • Develop creative UGC and influencer concepts for organic social media and paid advertising.
  • Write content briefs, hooks, scripts, talking points, and calls to action.
  • Communicate campaign goals, brand messaging, and expectations to creators.
  • Review submitted content and provide clear feedback and revision requests.
  • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and applicable advertising requirements.
  • Coordinate content usage rights, paid advertising permissions, and creator whitelisting when needed.
  • Maintain an organized database of creators, pricing, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign results.
  • Develop long-term relationships with high-performing creators and influencers.
  • Track performance and recommend which creators, concepts, and content should be renewed or scaled.
  • Stay current on social media trends, emerging creators, viral formats, and content opportunities.

Social Media Management

  • Manage MegPrime Pay’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly social media calendars.
  • Develop platform-specific content ideas that support brand awareness, engagement, app downloads, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Write captions, posts, headlines, video hooks, and calls to action.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all social channels.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, designers, editors, agencies, and creators.
  • Repurpose UGC and influencer content across different platforms and formats.
  • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and conversations involving the brand.
  • Respond to the community professionally and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend ways to differentiate our content.
  • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media, UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related position.
  • Proven experience recruiting and managing creators from initial outreach through final content delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to develop creative concepts, video hooks, scripts, content briefs, and campaign ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project-management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, deliverables, deadlines, and content usage rights.
  • Ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Understanding of both organic social media and paid social advertising.
  • Experience reviewing analytics and using performance data to improve content.
  • Familiarity with fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, Web3, real estate, or consumer rewards is preferred.
  • Experience with social scheduling, creator management, analytics, and project-management tools is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, organized, and comfortable taking full ownership of projects. They understand what makes short-form content perform and know how to find the right creators, build relationships, communicate professionally, and keep campaigns on schedule.

They should be equally comfortable developing campaign strategies and handling the daily details required to execute them successfully.

Work Requirements

  • This is a full-time, in-house position.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site at our Dallas, Texas office.
  • This position is not available as a remote, freelance, or agency role.
