Job Duties: Develop, design and maintain systems with a focus on implementing add-ons for the Sitecore platform and creating integrations between them and translation management systems.  Follow TransPerfect's documented software development lifecycle.  Collaborate with product managers to define feature feasibility and estimate development efforts.  Develop and optimize SQL database interactions to ensure efficient data processing for translation workflows.  Make use of issue tracking system that lays out features and bugs to be resolved. Perform reviews of code changes both manually and with a code analysis system. Make use of AI coding assistant. Troubleshoot reported issues.  Design and document solutions both through comments in code and separately, formally in documentation.  Design scalable solutions capable of being repurposed in other, entirely different applications.  Support Sales team by providing technical consultation for prospective and existing clients.

Requires: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related, field plus two (2) years of experience as a software developer or closely related software development occupation.

Must have two years of experience developing Sitecore Apps.

Additional skills to include:

  • Experience using IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ.
  • Experience with the REST framework both creating and consuming APIs.
  • Experience with C#.
  • Experience with source code version control systems such as Subversion and Bitbucket.
  • Experience identifying bugs and testing bug fixes.
  • Experience communicating effectively with the development team at all levels as well as with clients.
  • Experience with SQL, designing, creating managing databases.
