Develops and integrates radar simulation technologies for DoD training programs. Maintains expert knowledge of SAR and ISAR imagery generation using MMRS and Aechelon Image Generators, ensures accurate geospatial data visualization through map servers, analyzes and diagnoses simulation applications, and resolves integration, performance, enhancement, and defect issues while collaborating with government, military, industry, and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Work with DoD Civilians, USN Fleet Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Industry and other contractors in the planning and execution of trainer development using simulation technologies.
- Maintain expert level understanding of generating Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) & Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) imagery using the Boeing Multi-Mode Radar Simulation (MMRS) in conjunction with Aechelon Image Generators (IG).
- Ensure geospatial raster and vector data are properly handled by a map server to accurately display geospatial visuals and behavior to system operators.
- Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of RADAR simulation applications to support customer training efforts.
- Support integration effort to identify and resolve performance issues, enhancements, and defect resolution for all aspects of the simulation.
- Bachelor's degree and 13+ years of related work experience
- US Citizenship & a minimum of a current TOP SECRET clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert level experience in at least three of the following: Next Generation Threat System (NGTS), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) & Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), Boeing Multi-Mode Radar Simulation (MMRS), Aechelon Image Generators (IG)
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
