This role will drive alignment between organizational OKRs, product roadmaps, and feature deliverables to ensure measurable business impact.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, test, and ship productiongrade software across backend services and frontend applications.

    • Build and operate cloudnative solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

    • Develop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#.

    • Contribute to frontend development, including component design and API integration.

    • Implement and support CQRS patterns, separating command and query responsibilities where appropriate.

    • Accelerate feature delivery

    • Refactor and improve existing code

    • Generate and improve tests

    • Support documentation

    • Actively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows, where multiple AI agents are used to build, test, and iterate on features in parallel

    • Continuously refine code through AI feedback loops, using iterative prompting, validation, and improvement cycles.

    • Validate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, applying strong engineering judgment and testing discipline.

    • Establish and maintain guardrails, validation patterns, and review processes to ensure safe and reliable use of AI-generated output.

    • Context switch effectively across multiple parallel workstreams and AI agents, maintaining clarity on feature ownership, dependencies, and outcomes

    • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver highquality outcomes.

    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

    • Ensure security, compliance, and quality considerations are embedded in every layer of the stack

    • Mentor and support other engineers as needed through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

    • Strong experience building and maintaining production software systems.

    • Full-stack development with strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React) capabilities

    • Hands-on experience with relational and document databases at scale, including schema design, query optimization, and diagnosing performance issues in production.

    • Proficiency with AWS services (EC2/ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, etc.).

    • Demonstrated, daytoday use of AIassisted coding tools to deliver real software—not just experimentation.

    • Ability to clearly explain how you validate, test, and take ownership of code.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
