Your Day to DayReview Lua code for correctness, readability, and idiomatic use of the language.
Solve scripting challenges using Lua and explain your process.
Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear control logic.
Summarize your approach and decision-making clearly and concisely.
Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
Expertise in Lua: tables, metatables, coroutines, and embedded scripting integration.
3–5 years of experience in Lua development or embedded/game scripting is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
Deep interest in AI, lightweight scripting, or game engine integration.

Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.
