Position Overview
They are seeking a Software Engineer (contract to hire) to join its engineering team supporting next-generation traffic management and mobility platforms.

This role will contribute across the software development lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions used by transportation agencies and roadway operators. Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable applications while supporting ongoing platform improvements and customer-facing initiatives.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing maintainable code, collaborating with teammates, and contributing to products that have real-world impact.

Additional Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity

  • This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. During the contract portion, candidates will be engaged as 1099 (independent) contractors.



Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
