Your Day to DayReview Shell scripts for correctness, efficiency, and idiomatic command usage.
Solve practical automation and system-level tasks using Shell scripting and explain your process.
Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear script logic.
Summarize your approach and decision-making clearly and concisely.
Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
Expertise in Shell: POSIX-compliant scripting, environment management, process control, and text manipulation tools (e.g., awk, sed, grep).
3–5 years of experience in Shell scripting or Unix/Linux system administration is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing one) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s or PhD preferred.
Deep interest in AI, automation, or low-level system tooling.

Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Please note that this is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and we do not offer sponsorship for this 1099 contract role.
