Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop a strong understanding of customer’s manual and automated testing needs

  • Maintain hands-on involvement in test execution, test automation, and risk coverage analysis

  • Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications

  • Produce test artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Metrics reports

  • Build and support automated testing frameworks using Tosca and related technologies

  • Deliver high-quality work internally and at customer sites while meeting project deadlines

  • Maintain excellent relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage their expectations

Role Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to client and project requirements)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/testing experience

  • Hands-on Tosca automation experience (test case design, execution, and framework support)

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices

  • Experience with test management tools (qTest, ALM, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, or other collaboration/version control tools

  • Understanding of API testing (e.g., Postman, Tosca API, or similar)

  • Experience with SQL and database validation for backend testing

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automation tools is a plus (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)

  • Cloud testing exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred

  • Security, performance, or accessibility testing knowledge is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • ISTQB or similar QA certification

  • Exposure to healthcare, finance, or government projects (highly regulated industries)

  • Experience creating reusable test assets and best practices for automation at scale
