  • Strong track record with SaaS, cloud-native, or fintech/insurtech platforms.
  • Deep understanding of automated testing for APIs, data pipelines, and front-end applications.

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA management systems.
  • Curious mindset and passion for improving processes through data and automation.

  • Insurance or cyber risk domain knowledge.
  • Experience with machine learning models or analytics-driven testing.
  • Any relevant certifications (ISTQB, AWS DevOps, etc.).

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

  • Pay Range: $x – $x annually (commensurate with experience and location).
  • Total Compensation Context: This role may be eligible for annual performance bonuses and equity participation.
  • Benefits Overview: Converge provides comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, and flexible paid time off (PTO).
