Position Overview

The Identity Management Solution Architect serves as a strategic expert, partnering with the sales team to understand customer needs, design and implement tailored IAM solutions, and clearly articulate the business value of the Netwrix Identity Management portfolio. Leveraging deep industry expertise and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business outcomes, this role is pivotal in driving customer success and sales growth.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to design and deliver tailored IAM and PAM solutions that address customer requirements and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Serve as a trusted technical expert and advisor, translating complex product features into strategic outcomes that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and align with customer goals.
  • Lead all aspects of technical pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses, proposals, architectural design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams and customers on solution capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering to share market insights, customer feedback, and influence roadmap development.
  • Represent the company as an industry thought leader through webinars, published insights, and participation in trade shows and events.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to enhance solution positioning and customer value.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of solution designs to delivery teams, supporting a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8–10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or a related role within the software or IT industry, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Deep knowledge of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA, with demonstrated experience in designing solutions that align with these frameworks.
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and an understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Strong foundation in IAM, PAM, encryption, and network security technologies.
  • Proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives, including developing ROI-driven business cases for executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to designing scalable, effective solutions.
  • Experience with API integration, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and DevOps principles is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
