Senior Manager, Life BPS Solution Consultant

Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Life BPS Solution Consultant is an experienced individual contributor who supports complex sales pursuits by assisting the sales process, shaping customer solutions, and ensuring pricing and costing integrity. This role partners cross-functionally to coordinate all offerings into structured, financially sound solution sets and provides disciplined deal review to protect margin and business viability.  This position is very Life BPS focus. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to support the end-to-end sales process for strategic and complex opportunities

  • Translate customer requirements into structured solution sets by coordinating across service lines and functional teams

  • Lead pricing and costing development, including margin modeling, scenario analysis, and financial risk assessment

  • Evaluate solution components to ensure alignment with delivery capabilities and business standards

  • Conduct detailed deal reviews to validate assumptions, profitability, and compliance with governance guidelines

  • Identify financial, operational, and contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies

  • Support internal approvals and executive reviews with clear financial and solution summaries

  • Drive continuous improvement in pricing tools, templates, and deal review processes

Scope & Impact

  • Supports high-value or complex deals requiring cross-functional coordination

  • Influences commercial strategy through pricing and solution recommendations

  • Operates independently with limited oversight, serving as a trusted advisor to Sales and Finance

  • Does not directly manage people but may mentor junior analysts or project contributors

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $131,900 - $245,000.
