Description

WHO WE ARE

Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success, product adoption, and internal enablement. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as the critical technical bridge between Cyera’s R&D teams and our field teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success.

You’ll lead the design and deployment of Cyera’s platform in complex enterprise environments, resolve nuanced implementation challenges, and help operationalize our product at scale. If you're passionate about cloud security, data protection, and bringing products to life for customers, this is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the primary liaison between R&D and go-to-market teams, translating technical requirements, product feedback, and deployment needs in both directions.
  • Support product feature rollouts by ensuring internal readiness across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
  • Create documentation, frameworks, and internal tooling that standardize and streamline deployments and support.

Customer-Facing Architecture & Implementation

  • Partner with field teams to design, guide, and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of Cyera’s platform.
  • Lead the operationalization of Cyera’s data scanning and protection capabilities across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
  • Build scalable deployment strategies that drive faster time-to-value and consistent outcomes for enterprise customers.

Issue Resolution & Technical Depth

  • Diagnose and triage complex customer issues involving cloud platforms, network configurations, and data pipelines.
  • Work hands-on with engineering teams to address high-priority bugs and implementation blockers.
  • Maintain a deep technical understanding of Cyera’s architecture and evolving security technologies.

Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay current on industry trends in data security, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a mentor to field-facing technical teams, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and use case alignment.
  • Influence the product roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback and field experience.
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role—preferably in the data security or cloud platform space.
  • Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including securing workloads and services across these environments.
  • Strong experience with structured and unstructured data—able to write and optimize queries, analyze datasets, and surface actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CCSP.
  • Experience working in or with fast-paced startups or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, or data privacy frameworks.
