Solution Architect with deep experience in enterprise digital platforms and DevOps practices to lead the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery for a complex, multi-cloud environment. This role combines architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical delivery across hybrid teams supporting digital transformation efforts in the automotive finance domain. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to architect and implement secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead delivery of end-to-end digital solutions across web and mobile platforms aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Define and enforce architecture principles, best practices, and standards across delivery and platform teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and compliance requirements.
- Lead technical solutioning for integrations with core systems (e.g., loan origination, CRM, payment gateways, identity platforms) and cloud-based services.
- Drive continuous improvement in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and platform observability.
- Support cloud transformation initiatives, including platform migrations and modernization using AWS, Azure, or other hybrid cloud environments.
- Guide development teams with clear technical direction and ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to architectural governance, solution reviews, and the definition of KPIs for technical delivery and operational maturity.
- Help shape and evolve long-term technology roadmaps, increasing alignment with digital business objectives.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design, preferably in financial services, banking, or automotive finance.
- Experience delivering large-scale solutions involving cloud-native architectures, modern web frameworks, and enterprise-grade integration patterns.
- Proven ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and lead DevOps adoption in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including identity, security, networking, and data integration.
- Familiarity with enterprise financial systems (loan servicing, origination, collections, billing, etc.) and integrations across heterogeneous systems.
- Experience working in regulated industries, with attention to compliance, data protection, and auditability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and align cross-functional teams around a shared technical vision.
- Ability to lead in agile, hybrid delivery models and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Familiarity with microservices, API-first design, and integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee) is a plus.
- Experience with metrics-based performance evaluation and DevOps maturity frameworks is preferred.
- General knowledge of web development standard methodologies around accessibility, performance, SEO and production monitoring.
- Experience in JavaScript frameworks like React and React Native.
- Solid knowledge with open-source stack technologies, and webapp/API security.
- Strong technical background on crafting and developing enterprise digital applications micro front-end strategy and open micro service architectures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating front-end components with backend services.
- Multiple years of experience with software engineering best practices (unit testing, automation, design patterns, peer review, etc.).
- proficiency in JAVA Springboot.
