Senior Solution Architect to design and implement a scalable platform supporting Customer Experience, Field Operations, and new services. Create high- and low-level designs, architecture artifacts (flow/UML/sequence diagrams), define APIs, support Agile development, and apply event-driven, flow-orchestration, network and customer data model expertise. Telecom protocol experience (USP, TR-069, Broadband Forum) and event streaming (Kafka/RedPanda) required; prpl experience is a plus.
We are looking for a Senior Software Solution Architect to help define, design, develop, and implement a best-in-class platform to support the Customer Experience, Management, Field Operations, and new service offerings. This individual should have experience in software design, API integrations, Event Driven Architecture, network and customer data models, and flow orchestration concepts.
The key technical requirements include:
- Lead the design and architecture of a complex software application that is scalable and extendable for new applications and services
- Document both High- and Low-level designs to convey to development teams
- Develop and maintain solution architecture artifacts such as flow diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and various technical documentation for development team requirements
- Support various technical development teams through an Agile process ensuring velocity and quality
- Leverage best practices to identify and mitigate risks
- Have experience in Event Driven Architectures with experience in event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Red Panda
- Define and write API specifications
- Telecom knowledge and experience such as Broadband Forum and specifications such as USP data models, TR-069, etc.
- Knowledge with prpl (prplfoundation.org) and experience a plus
