The System Architect is the overall design authority for agency implementations. This role ensures all solutions align with foundational governance standards, integration strategy,  and long term platform scalability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead solution architecture and design strategy across platforms
  • Facilitate technical design sessions and validate requirements
  • Approve Agency Design ensuring compliance with foundation standards
  • Own foundational impact analysis and change documentation
  • Define architecture structure across Workfront, Fusion, AEM, and integrations
  • Partner with Change Control to safeguard structural integrity
  • Provide technical oversight during configuration and QA
  • Resolve complex design and integration challenges

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 7+ years Workfront architecture experience
  • Experience with Workfront Fusion and workflow automation
  • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks and scalable design
  • Experience with enterprise implementations and multi system integrations
  • Strong leadership and decision making authority

The base compensation range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
