Our vision is clear. Arming every company with end-to-end insights to ensure development releases securely, IT purchases safely, and the SOC can effectively detect, isolate and respond. You, as the Solution Consultant will have a strong foundation in cybersecurity, threat detection, threat intelligence, malware analysis, and Software Supply Chain Security (SSCS). In this role, you will support customer-facing technical engagements across the Spectra Platform — including Detect, Intelligence, Analyze, and Assure — helping customers understand how ReversingLabs solutions address their security challenges.

You will work closely with Senior Solution Consultants, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and participate in Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines technical aptitude, curiosity, and clear communication, with strong opportunities for growth into more senior consulting responsibilities.

What You Will Do

Support Technical Pre-Sales Across the Spectra Platform

    • Spectra Analyze — static and dynamic analysis workflows
    • Spectra Assure — software supply chain security and SBOM-focused use cases
  • Deliver standard and semi-custom demos to security, AppSec, DevSecOps, and SOC teams.
  • Assist in technical discovery to understand customer use cases and requirements.

Participate in Proof-of-Value (POV) Engagements

  • Support POV execution under the guidance of senior Solution Consultants.
  • Help configure workflows, validate datasets, and track POV success criteria.
  • Participate in customer syncs and contribute to technical readouts and findings.

Apply and Grow Security Domain Knowledge

  • Explain malware behaviors, threat indicators, and basic analysis outcomes.
  • Demonstrate understanding of:
    • malware analysis fundamentals
    • threat intelligence concepts
    • software supply chain security risks and workflows
  • Learn how Spectra capabilities align to industry frameworks and customer security goals.

Support Customer Adoption and Expansion

  • Partner with Customer Success teams to support onboarding and adoption.
  • Assist with technical validation during expansions and renewal cycles.
  • Help customers understand best practices for integrating Spectra into existing workflows.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with senior Solution Consultants, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to demo content, internal documentation, and repeatable assets.
  • Continuously build technical depth across the Spectra Platform through training and hands-on experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide product feedback and patterns to PM teams across Detect, Intelligence, Analyze, and Assure.
  • Build demo flows, competitive content, and repeatable assets for the broader Solutions Engineering organization.
  • Mentor junior SEs and support the onboarding of new team members.

What We Are Looking For

    • software supply chain security or application security fundamentals
  • Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong communication skills with technical audiences.
  • Interest in customer-facing technical roles and consultative problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to malware analysis tools, sandboxing, or classification systems.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as SBOMs, CI/CD security, or dependency risk.
  • Basic scripting or API experience (Python preferred).
