- Engage with enterprise prospects to understand and assess customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations of Eptura’s platform focused on clear, measurable business outcomes.
- Address technical objections and position yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and communicate strategic technical approaches that align customer goals with Eptura’s unified platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales to influence decision criteria, shape deal strategy, and solve deal‑level challenges.
- Conduct discovery sessions, presentations, proofs of value, and other presales engagements that highlight Eptura’s value.
- Build strong understanding through curiosity and active listening, offering customers a differentiated perspective on their challenges.
- Participate in deal review meetings, clearly articulating recommendations and technical insights.
- Serve as a thought leader across industries, sharing expertise on workplace transformation, asset management, and relevant technology trends.
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS pre‑sales or solution engineering environment, preferably supporting enterprise‑level deals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Skilled at explaining complex technical or business concepts through polished written and verbal presentations.
- Experience presenting to and engaging with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability to craft tailored messages that resonate with specific audiences and industries.
- Knowledge of real estate operations, facility management systems, property accounting, IWMS/CMMS platforms, or related financial and operational concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed to support customer engagements.
