The Forge Team is Rescale’s innovation engine, a fast-moving, cross-functional group building our next-generation products: Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics. We partner closely with customers, technical fellows, and product teams to validate ideas quickly, fail fast, and iterate rapidly. Our mission is to deliver transformative solutions that enable engineering organizations to harness data intelligence, AI Physics models, and emerging agentic engineering workflows to accelerate innovation.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Strategic Solutions / GTM team within Forge. In this role, you’ll work on the cutting edge of Data Intelligence and AI Physics, engaging with strategic customers to understand their engineering workflows, shape adoption strategies, and influence product direction.

This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where you will bridge customers, product teams, and field teams, helping validate hypotheses, accelerate adoption, and deliver value from next-generation, AI-driven engineering workflows, including agentic engineering and AI Physics simulation models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with account teams to engage with strategic customers, uncovering workflows and technical needs across simulation, data, and AI.

  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics to enable next-generation engineering workflows.

  • Set the strategic vision for engagement by aligning Rescale’s Data Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities with customer priorities in simulation, AI, and digital engineering.

  • Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders, from engineers to technical fellows, to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.

  • Capture and document customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers.

  • Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering to guide roadmap prioritization and the evolution of agentic engineering capabilities.

  • Collaborate on iterative testing cycles to validate new features and capabilities before GA release.

  • Develop technical collateral, including solution briefs, integration guides, and best practices for AI Physics and agentic engineering workflows.

  • Support internal enablement by contributing to training materials and field readiness resources for Data & AI.

  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and drive measurable impact of Data Intelligence and AI Physics solutions.

  • Operate as a strategic overlay on top of Rescale’s core team, providing Data & AI guidance to elevate customer engagements, define strategic implementation plans, and ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications
  • Experience

    • 3–6 years in solutions architecture, customer success, technical consulting, or product-facing engineering roles.

    • Track record of working effectively in fast-moving, experimental environments, where iteration and adaptability are key.

  • Technical & Strategic Expertise

    • Familiarity with simulation workflows, engineering data management, or AI/ML integration.

    • Understanding of AI Physics models, agentic engineering workflows, or next-generation digital engineering strategies.

    • Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear customer value and strategic implementation plans.

  • Customer Engagement & Communication

    • Skilled in conducting technical and executive discovery sessions, building trust with engineering leaders and technical fellows.

    • Strong communicator, able to articulate strategy, technical value, and AI-driven innovation across audiences from engineers to executives.

  • Product & Adoption Focus

    • A strong business mindset able to drive customer adoption, inform product direction, and influence commercial outcomes.

    • Experience running pilots or early-access programs that validate product-market fit and lead to broader adoption.

  • Mindset & Cultural Fit

    • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, with a bias for action and a fail-fast, learn-fast mindset.

    • Passionate about innovation, AI-driven engineering, and helping customers adopt cutting-edge technologies.

  • Nice to Have

    • Domain experience in one or more of Rescale’s key verticals: automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, or semiconductors.

Why This Role Is Unique
  • Work on futuristic, category-defining technology, including agentic engineering workflows, AI Physics models, and data intelligence platforms.

  • Influence product direction at an early stage while seeing your work translate to real customer impact and revenue growth.

  • Partner directly with some of the most advanced engineering organizations in the world to redefine how they innovate.

Be part of a high-visibility innovation team where experimentation, iteration, and rapid learning shape Rescale’s future.
