  • Support partners during implementation as needed to ensure high-quality joint delivery.
  • Step in to troubleshoot and resolve advanced, complex technical issues for clients or partners.

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You communicate with candor, openly sharing both success and also when things are heading off track.
  • Deep customer empathy to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • You are tech-savvy and can master new tools and platforms with ease.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for deconstructing complex problems.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and client timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and conscientious data habits.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the flexibility to apply it over a range of contexts.

Desired Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience with declarative configuration of Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Experience in a client-facing consulting, professional services, or technical implementation role is required.
  • Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and/or Apex programming experience is highly preferred.
  • Background managing client projects and directly interacting with stakeholders.
