SourceDay helps manufacturers improve supplier collaboration by connecting suppliers directly to their ERP, giving buyers real-time visibility into pricing, quantities, lead times, acknowledgements, shipments, and purchase order changes. Our customers rely on SourceDay to improve planning, reduce manual work, and increase on-time delivery.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant who understands manufacturing and ERP systems as well as the realities of running a supply chain. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and our ERP partners to help manufacturers understand the business value of SourceDay.
If you've spent years in ERP pre-sales and are looking for an opportunity to have greater influence, less travel, and a chance to work with a collaborative team, we'd love to talk.

What You'll DoBe a Trusted Advisor
  • Lead discovery sessions focused on business outcomes rather than software features.
  • Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend solutions that improve supplier collaboration.
  • Build trusted relationships with buyers, supply chain leaders, operations teams, IT, and executives.
Deliver Exceptional Demonstrations
  • Design tailored demonstrations around each prospect's manufacturing environment.
  • Connect SourceDay capabilities to measurable operational improvements.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities from discovery through technical validation.
Partner with ERP Ecosystems
  • Serve as the primary liaison to ERP partner pre-sales organizations.
  • Enable partner solution consultants through ongoing training, product updates, and best practices.
  • Co-present with partner pre-sales teams during customer meetings, webinars, and events.
  • Help strengthen strategic relationships with Epicor, Infor, and other ERP partners.
Collaborate Across SourceDay
  • Partner with Product Management to provide customer feedback and influence future capabilities.
  • Support Customer Success with smooth transitions from sales to implementation.
  • Assist with RFP responses, demo recordings, conferences, webinars, and sales enablement.
Help Shape the Business
  • Contribute ideas that improve our sales process, messaging, partner strategy, and product direction.
  • Be willing to jump into new challenges as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, manufacturing technology, or manufacturing operations experience.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, MRP, production planning, inventory, and supplier collaboration.
  • ERP experience required; Epicor or Infor strongly preferred. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar manufacturing ERP experience is also valued.
  • Excellent presentation, discovery, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Willing to travel approximately 20–30% for customer meetings, conferences, and partner events.
Why Join SourceDay?

Unlike large ERP vendors, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence our product, our partner ecosystem, and our customers' success. You'll work alongside experienced sales, product, and customer success teams while helping manufacturers solve real supply chain challenges.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance bonus opportunity
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Opportunity to influence a rapidly growing product and company
