Summary:
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our GTM team. This role will partner closely with the sales team to deliver technical demos, proof of concepts, and serve as the technical advisor during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales in technical discovery, solution design, and demos.
Build and customize proofs-of-concept for enterprise prospects.
Bridge product capabilities with client needs to close deals.
Collaborate with product and engineering to relay market feedback.
Create technical sales assets (e.g., architecture diagrams, security briefs).
Qualifications:
3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Sales Engineering role.
Strong technical background in APIs, cloud infrastructure, and/or ML technologies.
Excellent communication and consultative skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to solutions.
Prior experience with ecommerce platforms or search technologies is a plus.
Salary Range:
$135,000–$160,000 USD base salary + performance bonus.
