Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Partner closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to shape deal and account strategy, while leading white-glove onboarding experiences.
  • Lead with a solutions-first mindset—asking the right questions to understand a client’s goals, and proposing implementation paths that align with their business outcomes.
  • Act as the technical DRI and trusted advisor throughout the solution delivery lifecycle: from designing workflows and implementation to QA and deployment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to share insights, advocate for client needs, and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Own and complete technical components of RFPs, RFIs, and solution proposals.
  • Deliver compelling, customized product demos based on a vertical and use case with the ability to weave in technical recommendations across web, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
  • Have 5–8 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Hold 2+ years of experience in the Identity Verification (IDV) or Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
  • Experience supporting customers throughout both pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including product demos, RFP responses, technical discovery sessions, implementation, and hypercare.
  • Have exceptional customer-facing skills and the ability to engage across multiple levels and departments within large organizations.
  • Are a confident presenter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess strong technical acumen, with working knowledge of APIs, web development, iOS, Android, and system integration.
  • Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from scratch.
  • Are action-oriented, creative, and passionate about solving customer problems with a solutions-first mindset.
