What are the role responsibilities?

  • Partner integration & upgrade stewardship

    • Own technical coordination for chain integrations, upgrades, and migrations across partner chains

    • Define and guide partners through upgrade and integration readiness paths

    • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and expectations across internal teams and external partners

  • Partner-facing technical support & triage

    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for OP Stack partners post-launch

    • Provide high-signal guidance on OP Stack architecture, configuration, and operational excellence

    • Triage partner issues and route them to the appropriate internal engineering stakeholders

  • Cross-functional facilitation

    • Act as connective tissue between engineering, product, governance, partnerships, and growth teams

    • Translate complex technical changes into partner-ready guidance and communication

    • Represent partner constraints and operational realities during planning, releases, and upgrades

    • Drive clarity and accountability when ownership spans multiple teams

  • Documentation, enablement & ecosystem signal

    • Produce partner-ready technical documentation, guides, and templates

    • Create and maintain upgrade playbooks, SOPs, and readiness checklists

    • Improve consistency, discoverability, and reuse of partner knowledge

    • Route structured feedback on adoption blockers and ecosystem risk to product and engineering

What skills do you bring?

  • Technical Skills

    • Past programming or engineering experience

    • Strong technical foundation in blockchains and experience with Solidity

    • Experience guiding partners through integrations, upgrades, and operational changes in production environments

    • Ability to provide high-signal guidance on system architecture, configuration, and operational best practices

  • Partner Support

    • Experience supporting customers or partners in a post-sales technical role (e.g. Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Integration Engineering, or similar)

    • Comfortable serving as the primary technical point of contact for external partners

    • Strong judgement in technical triage, prioritization, and escalation

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, partner-ready guidance

    • Strong written communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation, playbooks, or runbooks

    • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders without direct authority

    • Ability to represent partner constraints and operational realities in internal planning and execution
