  • Conduct customer interviews and create compelling customer success stories and case studies
  • Produce and facilitate lead-generating webinars, including presentation development and live delivery
  • Write promotional emails and campaign content supporting sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market changes to ensure messaging remains relevant and impactful
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and business priorities
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics including leads, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, messaging, and content based on performance data and market insights

What you'll need to be successful

  • 5-8 years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience developing value propositions, buyer personas, and go-to-market messaging strategies
  • Proven success planning and executing paid and organic demand generation programs
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and measuring performance against pipeline and revenue objectives
  • Strong content creation, writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and partnering closely with sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Experience marketing complex software solutions to government, public sector, or regulated-industry audiences

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience marketing to municipal clerks, records management professionals, or public records organizations
  • Experience developing and executing webinar-based lead generation programs
  • Knowledge of government purchasing processes and public sector technology markets
