Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

As fraud tactics evolve, businesses require sophisticated, real-time data and AI-driven insights to protect their ecosystem without sacrificing user experience. Equifax is seeking a dynamic Solution Sales Executive to drive growth across our industry-leading Identity and Fraud Services portfolio.

In this strategic, consultative sales role, you will act as the principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Equifax’s largest enterprise account teams and partnership opportunities. You will bridge the gap between complex client business problems—ranging from synthetic identity risk and account takeovers to onboarding friction and AML/KYC compliance—and deploy Equifax’s cutting-edge digital risk screening, identity proofing, and fraud detection solutions.

What you will do

  • Act as the Domain Authority: Serve as the primary industry and technical expert for identity and fraud solutions across a high-value portfolio and account base.

  • Architect Customized Value Propositions: Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of tailored business cases, technical demos, and clear ROI metrics that align Equifax solutions with the client’s strategic goals.

  • Drive Matrixed Revenue Growth: Partner closely with Account Executives and Business Development Executives to proactively identify, advance, and close new business, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and critical contract renewals within assigned verticals.

  • Earn Trusted Advisor Status: Cultivate deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, C-suite executives, and internal account teams by translating business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Navigate the Competitive Landscape: Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor positioning, and pricing strategies to articulate and aggressively defend Equifax’s unique value levers and market differentiation.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical conduit between clients and Equifax product teams. Gather real-time field feedback to directly influence product improvements, feature development, and future roadmap planning.

What experience you need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business, technology, or related field (or equivalent practical training and corporate experience).

  • B2B Sales Expertise: 7+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales or solution consulting experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in selling identity verification, fraud prevention, digital risk, or similar DaaS or SaaS solutions.

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable leading discovery sessions and high-stakes executive pitches.

  • Problem Solving: Advanced consultative problem-solving skills, with a knack for structuring complex data, analytics, and software bundles.

  • Environment & Travel: Proven ability to navigate highly matrixed corporate environments and manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously. Ability to travel to client sites as required (averaging once per month).

What could set you apart

  • Hands-on experience with identity resolution in a digital environment, including familiarity with Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) use cases and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience selling advanced fraud technologies such as AI/ML-driven risk scoring, synthetic identity models, or digital device and behavioral intelligence networks.
