We’re growing and looking for a Sourcing Manager to join us.


About the Role

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing the purchasing of promotional products and materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we source, curate, and deliver branded merchandise at scale for global clients, bringing campaigns to life through high quality, on brand products and building a best in class vendor network as we grow.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in promotional merchandise or branded products to take ownership of vendor sourcing, pricing, and fulfilment. This is a high impact role with real ownership, where you will directly influence product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes. In this role, you will operate in a fast moving, high volume environment, managing multiple sourcing requests at once while balancing speed, cost, and quality.  Working closely with Swag, Production, and Sales, you will own the end to end sourcing process, while building a product catalog and lookbooks that turn ideas into standout client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor & Inventory Management
    • Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise. Build out our vendor network as the business scales.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
    • Set pricing that balances market competitiveness with strong margin performance for Reachdesk.
    • Build a vendor vetting process that aligns with business values.
    • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and oversee quality control.
    • Curate and create commercially compelling product catalogs and lookbooks that enable sales teams to sell across a variety of client use cases.
    • Ensure all items available to purchase across our vendors are accurately priced, stocked, and meet the quality standards of our clients.
    • Apply sustainable and scalable methodologies to pricing swag decoration to maximize Reachdesk’s margins while minimizing the time to quote these services.
  • Procurement & Order Management
    • Place orders with partner vendors & track production schedules.
    • Oversee large or complex orders requiring multiple vendors or custom product development.
    • Track team performance to ensure quarterly targets set by the leadership team are achieved.
    • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics partners to streamline global fulfillment.
    • Manage a high volume of concurrent sourcing requests, balancing speed, cost, and quality across multiple stakeholders.
  • Process & Collaboration
    • Provide guidance and support to production specialists.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement & order management processes.
    • Establish and evolve SOPs, working closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve workflows and tools.
About You:
  • Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products, working directly with suppliers and decorators
  • Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management experience, including negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements
  • Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly
  • Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy across orders, pricing, and fulfilment
  • Able to manage workload effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious mindset
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
