The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth across eCommerce, eTailers, distribution partners, and full-line medical dealers throughout the Americas.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to optimize channel investments and drive market share gains.
  • Build annual channel business plans that align with Littmann's strategic priorities, commercial objectives, and brand positioning.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define channel growth targets, promotional calendars, and demand generation initiatives.

eTailer Management

  • Develop joint marketing plans with key eTailer partners to drive awareness, conversion, and premium brand positioning.
  • Partner with Regional marketer to ensure best-in-class product content, imagery, videos, and educational materials across partner websites.
  • Analyze eTailer performance metrics and recommend actions to improve sales, market share, and customer experience.

Distribution & Dealer Marketing

  • Develop channel-ready sales tools, merchandising assets, training programs, and promotional materials.
  • Drive channel adoption of new products, digital tools, and customer engagement programs.

Customer & Channel Insights

  • Gather voice-of-customer and voice-of-channel insights to inform marketing strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Analyze channel performance, POS data, market trends, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve channel effectiveness and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners and key internal stakeholders.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that support channel growth and customer value creation.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Manage channel marketing budgets and ensure investments are aligned with business priorities and expected ROI.
  • Establish performance metrics and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Regularly review channel results and implement corrective actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure consistent execution of Littmann brand standards across all customer touchpoints and channel partners.
  • Maintain premium brand positioning while adapting messaging and promotions to meet channel-specific needs.
  • Protect brand equity through effective management of pricing, promotions, product representation, and customer experience.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of Channel Marketing experience.

Work location:

Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
