Specialist – US Domestic Settlements (Margin)Job Description
We are looking for Specialist to join our Market Operations – Securities Settlements team. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate processing of margin calls, money market fund reconciliations, and mitigating operational risks within the Prime Brokerage business.Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure margin calls are processed accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve money market fund and accounting breaks promptly.
• Liaise with internal teams and client representatives to resolve wire-related issues.
• Escalate operational risks and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders. • Contribute to team development through documentation and training of new joiners.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Knowledge of ACAT, Margin Calls, Money Market reconciliations, SWIFT, and financial markets.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in settlements or margin operations.
